The facility is usually open every day from 5.00 to 6.30 and from 7.00 to 23.00. At the Top SKY is open without breaks from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Tickets are sold on the website and on the lower level of the Dubai Mall, which is adjacent to the skyscraper from the Guinness Book of Records. The time of the visit is indicated on the ticket, but it is recommended to arrive in advance, because there is a queue at the entrance. To visit the Burj Khalifa Observation Deck, you can take the subway to the Dubai Mall, which provides direct access to the skyscraper. On the lower floor of the shopping center, you can access the elevators that lead to the observation decks.
