The Burj Khalifa Dubai is the tallest skyscraper on the planet, which is simply shocking in its appearance. The main competitor of this structure is the giant, located in the city of Taipen, but the Burj Dubai overtook it by as much as three hundred meters. This skyscraper rises by as much as 828 meters and accommodates 163 floors. This unusual house is close to 9 hotels, as well as a magnificent fountain system, similar to Las Vegas. The idea of the birth of such an object belongs to the American architect Adrian Smith. The cost of the skyscraper is almost 4.1 billion US dollars.

The Burj Dubai also has a very reliable fire protection system, thanks to which all visitors to the building can be evacuated in a maximum of 32 minutes if necessary.
With the help of a special turbine that has 61 meters, as well as solar panels, the building can independently generate electricity under the influence of solar wind.
According to the Burj Dubai project, special protection is provided, which warns against solar heating. It is presented in the form of glass panels, thanks to which there are savings on air conditioning of the premises of the skyscraper.
Tourists have the opportunity to enjoy the unique views from the observation deck, which is located on the 124th floor, for an hour. Tickets for visiting the observation deck, which is called At the Top, are sold on the first level of the building. The queue for purchasing a pass is always very long, but you can buy a ticket, which gives you the right without another pass, but its cost is three times more expensive.
