The Emirati Office Tower is a 354.6 meter tall skyscraper, one of the top 100 tallest buildings on Earth. The 54-storey facility is located in Dubai, together with the hotel located next door, it is part of a single complex of the city's financial center.
History of creation
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum proposed building a skyscraper to make the emirate more attractive to travelers from all over the world. To achieve this goal, it was supposed to open beach hotels and prepare high-quality architectural projects. The construction of the Emirati office Tower was carried out in 1996-2000, when the construction boom in Dubai, which was a fishing village before it became a megacity, was just beginning. The tower was built for offices of private companies and government offices, which is why it got its name. Since the office of the UAE Prime Minister is located here, the high-rise building is also called the "White House" in society.
Architectural features
The roof of an object with a curved design has a beveled face that forms a recognizable silhouette visible from afar. The Emirati office tower has 3 walls, which, together with 4 levels of steel connected to the load-bearing walls by means of tension supports and transverse studs, support the weight of the building.
The skyscraper is covered with aluminum panels, silver and copper-colored mirrored glass, which helps to make the workspace more comfortable, protecting it from sunlight and providing aesthetic appeal.
A low curved structure consisting of service elements, as well as parking spaces for employees and visitors, is installed on the sides of the Emirati office Tower at the base. The tower towers over a terraced podium, which houses a boutique shopping center, cafes and restaurants.

Not only office staff can enter the building, symbolizing Dubai's business viability. The Emirati Office Tower is open for guided tours, but not all floors are accessible. How to get
If you take the subway, you need to get off at Emirates Towers station on the red line. Buses No27, 29, X22 pass nearby, the desired stop is Emirates Tower 1, Emirates Tower 2 is also suitable. It is difficult to walk past the Emirati office Tower, as it can be seen from afar. In the evening, the skyscraper is illuminated, and a different atmosphere is created, emphasizing the majestic appearance.
