Skidmore Owings and Merrill, known for its Burj Khalifa and Trump Tower projects in Chicago, has developed a building concept that is called a true architectural marvel. The multi-storey building bends at an angle of 90 degrees. The high-rise reaches 307.3 meters, according to other sources, the figure is almost 304 meters. It consists of 73 above-ground and 7 underground floors, with 8 elevators.
The residential complex has 495 luxury apartments, which are decorated in a modern international style, decorated with wood and marble. All apartments offer panoramic views of nature.

How to get
Public transport is available in the Dubai Marina area. The nearest metro station is Damac Properties, which is about a 20-minute walk from Kayan Tower. You can take buses No8, 84, N55 to the stop "Mina Al Siyahi, Le Meridien Hotel 1", from which you need to walk about 600 meters. If you do not have the desire or time to walk, you need to take the NoT1 tram and get off at the Marina Towers stop.
