Window to the world
Window to the World is a famous Chinese theme park located in the city of Shenzhen, which belongs to China. This huge park complex houses about 130 architectural monuments known all over the world. Here, on a territory with a total area of 480 thousand m2, the Egyptian pyramids, the Grand Canyon, whose twin brother is located in America, the Arc de Triomphe in Paris, and many more world-class virtues created by human hands, as well as nature itself, are concentrated.
The Window to the World Park is a successful combination of world traditions, cultures, and customs. Both famous architectural works and amazing natural landscapes are on display here.
The park consists of nine parts, including Asia, America, the World and others.
From the very top of the Eiffel Tower, whose height is 108 meters, you can admire the surroundings of the city, as well as the territory of the adjacent island. The Roman Colosseum, which is present, brings to our eyes the brutal scenes of merciless gladiator battles. But romantic Venice attracts you to ride on gondolas. Africa, full of energy, boasts of its animal world, as well as age-old pyramids. The Sydney Opera House is presented as the main attraction of Oceania and a unique architectural monument.
Various exciting festivals are held here every year, which are traditionally celebrated in one country or another. For example, guests of the park can witness the Cherry Festival, whose homeland is Japan. The mini park also hosts events dedicated to the culture of different countries: the week of Indian culture. Famous beer festivals, as well as pop music and others are very reliably represented in the park. The Window to the World Park is especially crowded during official weekends and vacations.
Here you can choose a vacation that is close to your liking. For example, go skiing, because there is also a ski resort on the territory. You can also test your agility by trying to cross the Colorado River, which belongs to the Grand Canyon, or shoot at a target with a well-aimed bow.
In the park, on the so-called International Street, there are restaurants where you can taste the traditional cuisine of various countries. Souvenir shops are also set up here so that tourists can buy a memorable gift for their friends and relatives.
