The local palaces, together with the main building, as well as a wonderful landscape, deserve special attention from tourists.

Nymphenburg

The building, which was erected on this territory one of the first, is the most important today. Thanks to the era of Baroque, as well as the luxury and wealth of Bavaria, which was not going to yield to other states in its greatness, this incomparable palace appeared along with a chic park area.

The construction of the palace was led by the architect Agnosno-Barelli on the orders of the Kurfust Ferdinand Maria. The completion date of the construction is 1675, although later it was repeatedly adjusted and rebuilt.

In its inner part, the main hall looks tempting, which is made in the Rococo style. Here is a famous gallery, the walls of which adorn portraits of the most beautiful European women. Also attracts tourists to the office where there are black and red varnish panels.

In 1715, a chic garden appeared on the territory of the palace, which after many years was given the free « English » style. Since 1792, the palace, together with its park area, has been opened to the public.

The founders of the Nymphenburg Palace are the Wittelsbakh dynasty, which has led Bavaria for seven centuries and, in part, even in our time, owns it. Nowadays, of course, Wittelsbach do not rule the country, but the people respect them.

The view of today's palace ensemble is quite luxurious. A channel filled with water follows the entire territory of the park. Its beginning is represented by a magnificent cascade, as well as sculptures to honor the ancient gods. It was originally planned and stretches far into the city. A lot of swans gather on these ponds, which feel quite agile.

In front of the palace itself is a large area in the form of a semicircle, where the correct shape of the lawn and various flower beds are presented. The entrance to the park are the arches that are on the right and left sides of the main pavilion. Entrance to the park is absolutely accessible to everyone. Throughout the park there are many different structures that are considered secondary palaces.

For more than a century, there has been a porcelain manufactory, where sophisticated products are presented, the price of which is quite high.

Nymphenburg Palace is simply complementary with its park area. Of course, this huge European castle, which was headed by kings, is visited by a small number of tourists from around the world.
