Halmahera Sea
The Halmacher Sea is an inter-island sea named after one of its bounding islands. It belongs to the Pacific Ocean basin and belongs to Indonesia. The Halmacher Sea has an area of 75,000 km2, and it borders the land on all sides. Halmahera Island borders the sea on the west side.

The sea is rich in diverse biological resources. First of all, they include fish, which are mined here in large quantities. The sea is home to herring, tuna, shrimp and lobsters. Residents of nearby islands go fishing, sailing on their own boats. Natural pearls are also mined here.
