However, thanks to the efforts and dedication of local residents and specialists, the church was completely restored and opened to the public in 2005.
Today, the Frauenkirche is not only a place of worship, but also the center of the cultural life of Dresden. It hosts classical music concerts, exhibitions and other cultural events.
