The construction of the cathedral itself began under the rule of King Manel, who commissioned its construction to Gil Ains. The architect began the construction of a building in the Gothic style, during the construction of the cathedral, a stone was used, obtained from the cape of one of the nearby seas. It should be noted that during the construction of this cathedral a huge number of people were used – well 500 people worked all day during the construction of this facility.

In the hall itself, a cross of silver was erected, which became a real masterpiece of jewelry of European masters who created such an amazing architectural monument in Vietnam that many local residents liked, as well as thousands of tourists visiting this area of Vietnam annually.
