Particular attention is paid to blue and white porcelain objects from the 14th to 17th centuries. In the park you can also visit a stalactite cave and buy souvenirs and stone objects.

Many tourists strive to get to the Reed Cave. Stalactites and stalagmites are illuminated in different colors, creating a magical atmosphere. The depth of the Reed Cave is 200 meters. One of the natural attractions is the one hundred meter high Elephant Trunk. It is the symbol and pride of Guilin. At the top of Elephant Trunk Hill is a 14th-century brick pagoda. If vacationers decide to take country walks, it is worth visiting rice plantations and going down the Li River to the city of Yangshuo. Travelers will get acquainted with unusual fishing, beautiful nature, and terraces where rice is grown.

Best time to travel

The favorable period for a comfortable trip to Guilin is from April to the end of October. The weather is warm because the settlement is located in the subtropical zone. There are a lot of plants and flowers on the streets. If you don't want to experience the rainy season, you shouldn't come in June and July. You'll have to watch from the window of your hotel room.
