Pylypets
Pilipets is a village in the Transcarpathian region of Ukraine, known for its beautiful mountain landscapes, as well as well-equipped infrastructure for ski holidays.

In addition to the mountains in the village, it will be interesting to look at the local Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, built from the barus of spruce without nails back in the distant 1762. The building belongs to the Greek Catholic Church and entry is possible only on Sundays. Another famous attraction is the Shipot waterfall, about 14 meters high, located in the same reserve near the village. The waterfall consists of several cascades, and the temperature of the water in it does not rise above 8 degrees even in summer. During the celebration of Ivan Kupala, the Shipot Youth Festival is held at the waterfall.
In the village of Pilipets there is everything for a comfortable winter holiday: 20 kilometers of equipped tracks, 7 lifts, cafes, snowmobile rental points, skis, if you wish, you can ride even in sleigh with horses. Beginner skiers are advised by experienced instructors. All trails for skiing are prepared by a special machine for sealing snow cover ( ratrac ). There is enough snow in the district to just slowly ski through the woods.
The picturesque slopes of the Carpathian Mountains attract many tourists in the summer. After all, this is the time when nature comes to life and everything around covers a blanket of flowers and shrubs. In the spring, snowdrops, daffodils begin to bloom, then saffron, lush thickets of magnolia, sakura, rhododendron, crocus replace them. You can look at all this by choosing the right route for yourself, which are perfectly marked. Fresh mountain air will only contribute to a mood, a surge of strength. Walking in the vicinity of the village of Pilipets is possible not only on foot, because for tourists there are rental points for ATVs and motorcycles, bicycles, you can also horse riding or take a carriage.
