Gan HaShlosha National Park

Gan Hashlosha is a national park in Israel. Its name translates as "The Garden of Three", named after the three who were blown up by a mine in 1938, when they were looking for a good place for Kibbutz Nir David. Among the Arabs, the park is known by another name Sahne, which translates as "Hot pool". And the name is not accidental - the water temperature in 3 local lakes is kept at around 28 ° C all year round.

There are 3 huge pools of water in Gan Hashlosha Park, which are fed from a mountain spring, and the maximum depth of the lakes is 8 meters. It is believed that the water here has healing qualities, besides they are very clean here. All the lakes are surrounded by lush vegetation, as well as picnic areas next to them. Nearby is the restaurant "Musa al-ha-Mayim", famous for its fish dishes. In the nearby Kibbutz Nir David, travelers can relax in comfortable country houses near the banks of the Khasi River.

In the middle of the park Gan Hashlosha is a natural lake with a spring at the bottom, the waters flowing from it form cascades of waterfalls. The shores of the lakes are rich in spacious and shady beaches, beautiful trees with lush crowns that allow visitors to relax in the shade on hot days, and water slides for children. There is a constant flow of water near the shores and children can go swimming without going far from their parents. The park has rock ledges of 1-6 meters each, so anyone can jump from them into the water. Fishing is prohibited on the lakes and the fish have become almost tame. Fry sometimes swim up to the swimmers and bite their fingers.

The doors of Gan Hashlosh are open to visitors all year round. But it's better to get here as early as possible, otherwise the best places will be taken. It closes at 5 o'clock for the night, at this time the territory is cleaned and the next day the park again pleases the guests with its cleanliness.
