Brief description of the country
Canada is the second largest country in the world, covering an area of 9,984,670 km2. Canada was formed in the 17th-19th centuries on the basis of British and French colonies, which gained independence as a result of negotiations. For this reason, there are 2 official languages - French and English. The country has a very developed industry and agriculture, almost all exports of products go to the United States.
But the main wealth of Canada is its natural attractions. The Rocky Mountains are the main mountain range where many national parks are located. One of them is Banff, which can surprise anyone with its fabulous landscapes of mountains, lakes, forests. The park has a ski resort, as well as many other types of winter entertainment.
Despite the rather cool climate, there are wonderful gardens here, among them the Butchart Gardens on Vancouver Island. It houses the Italian Garden, Rosary, Japanese Garden, Butchart Gardens. All this is decorated with many statues and fountains.
